The House
Step from the tiled entry onto a wide patio, past the wicker lounge and outdoor bar, down a brick path to the fountain and through the iron gate to the shoreline. Kayaks wait on the beach and the dock reaches out over Lake Kampeska.
Inside, a two-story great room is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and a brick fireplace. A sunny kitchen with a long breakfast bar opens to a dining table for eight, and a quieter front living room with a piano and arched windows makes room for reading, games and long conversations.
Upstairs, a balcony loft with built-in bunks, a TV and a stack of board games is where the kids will want to be. Four bedrooms, including a lake-facing primary suite with a jetted tub, give everyone else a place to land.

Location
One of the largest natural lakes in eastern South Dakota, Lake Kampeska sits on the west edge of Watertown. Spend the day on the water, then head into town for dinner in a few minutes.

Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in details are emailed the week of your stay.
No smoking or vaping indoors. No parties or events without prior approval. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets considered on request.
Children should be supervised near the lake and dock at all times. Life jackets are required on kayaks. The dock and lift are seasonal.
